The source of the story speculates that Momoa may be playing one of the heroes of the film, based on a property created by Glen Schofield and Michael Condrey. It’s likely the Australian filmmaker spoke to the “See” actor about joining the production while shooting – or doing re-shoots, as is more likely the case – recent superhero sequel, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. Momoa’s Aquaman director James Wan will helm the movie, which is set up at WB.
